    Default Drop call due to poor coverage on WCDMA

    Dear all
    I'm facing problem with many cell has drop call due to poor coverage.
    i adjusted the coverage so that is improved. But drop call is much gone down.
    anyone who have experience with ZTE WCDMA, give me some advice about the paramter which can make to reduce drop call?

    I think you can adjust radio link parameters, enable the call recovery (check T314 and T315 timer values).

    Some radio parameters: T131, N313, T314, T315, N315, N302, T302. You can find it in: "WCDMA Parameter Setting Guidelines" of Qualcomm

    I think the best way to solve this problem is giving the best effort to optimize the RF condition (adjust layer 1).

    Can you give me drive test log file of this area? I will take a look and learn something about this case.
