I have some questions about Fach and its usage and impact :

1. How many Fach are normally configured in a cell ?
2. What does mean a Fach congestion (is that a code congestion or what) ?
3. When we have a Fach congestion, what are the KPIs that could be affected by this ?
4. How to check the number Fach configured in Huawei RAN12.
5. The allocation of another SF64 code for a second Fach could it limit the HSDPA codes ?
6. What is the Iub bandwith normally allocated to one FACH ?

Yes, in fact I am checking VS.FACH.DTCH.CONG.TIME counter (RAN12) and I wonder when to consider that there is a congestion on FACH or not and if there is a need to a second FACH ?
Also, how to check the Iub bandwith allocated to the FACH ?
