for a new site, basically we refer to 120 degrees for each sector exampl 0,120,240 / 30,150,270 / 60,270,300
later you need optimization depend on site traffic.
than you can adjust tilt and antenna orientation due to optim report and analysis.
for the detail..here we have so many master can answer how to make the analysis
