balckberry freeze problem

Hello everybody,

when blackberry 9900 in dual mode is active for a while it suddenly freezed and stop responding to any commands from the RNC(H//) as well as can not initiated any PS/CS sessions (usualy this happened after short multi-RAB communication but is from time to time occasion. From the trace is visible that it just stop responding any communication with the RNC and happened eveytime in different position during the call so can not be said this is occurred after specific procedure or moment in call) . The only way is restart or OFF/ON mobile connection from its menu option. Have you guys met such kind of issue with this smartphone?

I've used this BB for some time and didn't notice this kind of issue.
Is it just one or multiple devices? If just one, it could be that it's having some bug. Try to upgrade firmware and/or restore it to factory settings and than see if problem will continue to occur.

I've had some other problems with this BB model, like going to SOS mode for no reason when on 3G (dual mode) in perfect coverage.
