Default RRC Setup Failure due to Radio

Suddenly, in our network rrc setup failure due to Radio appeared.

    - No any parameter changes,
    - no new site or removing.
    -Site reset and re-commissioning.

    The other stats are fine..

    Vendor is NSN.

    Any suggestion?

It seems like a hardware problem. Do you know how the node B is configured? FSME,FSMD,FSMB?. Do you use FSM Extension?, What about your RF modules? how are they configured? How many channel elements licenses you have? how many of them are used as maximum?

Have you checked out for Iub Utilization, CE Utilization or RAB failures due to Power congestion??

maybe you should check the hardware, is there any upgrade or something ? because i have an experience in Huawei vendor, the number of RRC Rej due to radio link failure was increased after there is a CE congestion upgrade, there is some wrong procedure when placing the upgraded CE board and impact to the main processing board causing the failure.
    thanks

I found problem on WSPC, but no alarm on site. I locked WAMA group one by one. At the end, i found one WSPC was problem.

RRC Setup Failure due to RNC was improved.
