Enabling load Handover on all the network

Hi my Friends,

are you with :

1. enabling load handover on all network to improve network performance
2. or enable for some sites and disable it for others
3. disable it for all the network

please share with me your experience

Hi,

Load Handover is an excellent feature to relief congested cells.

I must you should enable this on case by case basis.

This is not very good practise to nable at once all over the network. Enable on sites where you need

as we know the advantage of load HO : reduce the cell congestion and balance the traffic load
for each cell so as to improve network performance.
but what are the disadvantages of enabling load HO

not sure if you last line was rhetorical but i'll post anyway
enabling load HO is increasing the largest failure points on the network: HO
Intra, blind & measured Inter and IRAT, retainibility at HO is an issue.
Increased processor and signalling load is another disadvantage.
Needless to say also that with good parameter and hysterisis settings, load HO will only activate when the problem outweigh these disadvantages
