Activate M2000 counter

hi all,

any one can help me, how to activate counter on M2000 (GSM), cause some counter showing disable.
high appreciate for better answer and i give reputations.

first you must have privilege to activate the counters. most of time , only M2000 admins can activate counters.

here's the way: in IM2000 main page "workbench" click on "measurement management" ==> then you have to choose the NE type & the subset which your counter belongs to.
then you have four tabs : 15 Min - 30 Min - 60 Min & 24Hour (the entire day). choose the period you want your counter to be accumulated on.
after that you will have a list of all the counters in the chosen subset. All you have to do is to mark the counter's check box & click save.
