Handover 3G to 2G in E*******

Hello all,

I am trying to tune parameters for the inter-RAT handover in Ercisson Network to reduce the Drop calls crooss the highway.

I would to tune parameters that affect only the real time service ( only speech ) without affecting the non real time service (Data).

I understood that the parameters of Inter-RAT are the same for the two services (real time and non real time) is that true ?

I hope that if someone could explain to me how can i do to differentiate and what are all the parameters that used in the process of the inter-RAT procedure ?

if you want to change on the real time services, please change the serviceOffset2dEcNo and ServiceOffset2dRSCP of them.

Also, it is not recommended to have more than 15 GSM neighbours per WCDMA cell. Check BCCH and BSIC in the UTRAN system, it must be the same on the BSC, and in the UTRAN system.
