Does anybody have experience with hard handover inter RNC via CN (without Iur Link)? how to create MO and relation?. Thanks.

Actually, I have problem with two RNC (Eric & HW), there is no Iur link between both. I wanna create a relation from Eric side to HW, but still puzzle me
what should i define in RNC Eric (except utrancell HW) to make hard handover? Do you have doc or example for this?

In the Handover MO you'll need cnhho = true
