Any ideas ??? GPB boards on RNC hangs periodically

Hi guys
We have a big problem. GPB boards on RNC controlers are hanging many times in day, and RBS-s which belong that GPB are hangs also, after restarting board problem is solving for a short time.
Hangs only those boards which serve for IUB over IP RBS-es.


Is there anybody who faced problem like this, please give any ideas

Please first at all use te log read or pdiff all forced|fail|unsucc|rej|rele|err|overflow|down|unav ail|lost|missing|conges !^0|-1 then let us know results.. and if it recover after Restart why don't you have replace it before ? what will you expect for it
