High UL TBF drop due to N3101 overflow (MS No response)

Hello Experts,

I have a cell with a high UL TBF drop due to N3101 overflow (MS No response).I checked the PS Timers values but everything seems OK.Any Suggestions on how to resolve this problem?.

Did any action done on your network as i faced this Problem when upgrade SGSN and the authentication modified normally it is authenticated by PTMSI , second thing is better to check uplink interference , third one check the parameter multiplexing of TBF(Uplink Multiplex Threshold of Dynamic Channel Conversion) is it change or not defualt is 20 and PDCH Uplink Multiplex Threshold is 70.
