ITCF Value Change

Hi All


Hi i am working on nsn system have a problem with Transcoder drops.

while analyzing ND report 164 which gives drop and it reasons , the transcoder drops found high , to compensate same changed the ITCF value from 0 to 4

but no variations found in BSC.

Can anyone throw some light on it!
