how to distinguish fake-drop call for actix?

DingLi judge the result:device drop,not a drop call
but actix judge the result :a drop call

for post-process tool(actix,tems,dingli,etc), how to distinguish fake-drop call ?

tems和dingli能判断由于设备掉的假掉话，但actix却认为是drop call。tems 和 dingli是怎么识别假掉话的?

the example'log is for 3g,but actually i think it's same question for 2g or 3g.
