Hello Engineers,

I am facing a problem when clicking on network element->RNC-> site name-> cell basic info or cell algorithm switch resulting in a crash of the program.
Anyone faced this issue? Any fix to this problem?

Guys i have never used this software before, so this are the main problems i got when i installed

When i open nastar, the software request a user and password. how i set this passwords? or this one are generic like user: huawei pass:nastar or something like that.


In addition, what other software we need to install in order nastar works properly... I am working right now in a project with huawei equipment but we are using another tools to analyze the data and i would like to probe this ones to compare the results and the performance of the different tools.

So if someone can guide me with this i would really appreciate.

I already install everything but i can not create new projects it seems i can only open projects already created... someone has the same problem or know how to tix this?

Use Nastar Transdata to import projects:
Here are the paths to import the files:
Configuration_DATA=bam/version_b/ftp/export_cfgmml
Performance_DATA=/bam/common/MeasResult

Cell file maybe loaded according to the format you have in "C:\Program Files\Huawei GENEX\Nastar WCDMA 4.1\Transdata\CONFIG\WCDMA\Project parameter template.xml" or fill it and i think it opens it automaticlly.

The only problem i have i cannot load CHR files for my RAN12.

Any advice??

That password is related with the SQL database when you install SQL database you set this password for "sa" user.
