Cell Broadcast

Does anybody know if the local cell broadcast message as defined in the BSC e.g. LCMB0, can work next to a cell broadcast service (server) that is connected to the BSC?

In other words, can the CBS sent a message on ID:50 and the local CB on ID:1?

Will there be a conflict?
