I have Mbx file for checking Scambing code reuse distance. But it don't run, so any one who have tool like this, pls sharing!

It is pending how you look on it.
If you know how RNC is making decision to add neighbor.
You could have SCs 3order or 4order Neighbors clash.
The best is to do this in Access database as query:

Input is all sectors with the SC and all Neighbor relation.
Output is the same SC in 3order or 4order neighbors relation.

But, maybe somebody else have other opinion.

Hi,
you can use the tool OK!
Just create the tab file with infomation Cell/lon/lat/SC (use MBX tool such as SiteSee) and run the tool.
