Radio Link Timeout in E*******

Hi Experts,

Just one quick question,Could someone tell me how to know the number of SACCH blocks from e/// settings 4,8,16..................
In other vendors(Moto/Nsn) the conversion SACCH blocks=(RLT-4)/4
