    Abdul Zubaid,

Is it ocurring only on one Node B? Usually when the RACH, FACH and PCH channel are down, the entirecell are down as any paging or access on this specific cell are not occurring. Usually it is a related to a transmission failure/malfunction. You might check the alarms which it will give you some hints on how to troubleshoot this issue.

I saw same sympton also, if there is no dirty T1/E1 or any major alarm, just bounce the cell.
or send field guy to do manual reset. I saw same probelem mostly on microcell.

Check AAL2 routing table on the RNC side and A2EA address on the RBS side.

    1、a2ea address RNC&NodeB must match?
    2、aal2path unlock?
    3、maxpower too low?
