You can get it on pathloss home
Or you can download here http://www.4shared.com/file/MmaTRI5w/plw40_mu.html.
If you cant update use the pathloss update just use the pathloss maintenace for the first.

To update your pahloss use the pathloss maintenance first
and then use the update file (plw40_MU) remember to choose your pathloss 4 place in C .
