Yet another NAM programming, NV RAM repair/mod tool from cdmatool - www.cdmatool.com. User manual can be found on site.

SW is trial version but works fine every time and can be downloaded from the above website. I've put a copy here for ease. Once I used the SW to change the corrupted NV RAM file in my SPH-M300. Worked great and fixed the problem.
