WCDMA synchronization problem

Dear experts,

I have the synchronization alarm "External Clock Reference Problem" in most of the cells in our network, how can i show the impact of this alarm in terms of counters ?

Please if someone have useful docs about the importance of the synchronization in 3G network, share it with me.

Please i need your help to solve these issues.
