· describe how the information carried between BSC-RBS is
mapped onto the PCM lines between them.
· describe the general format of the layer 2 protocol (LAPD)
messages used on Abis.

Hi anyone knows how to download an attachment?

Here is what I get:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page,you must have at least 15 reputation before you can download attachments . Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

I have 15 reputation now. But I still cann't download. confused!
