High Video (CS64 RAB) Drops and Call Setup Failures

Hi Everyone,

We are facing high Video Call Drops in some sites during the drive test. Can someone please guide me how to investigate this issue? I am new to 3G. Vendor is E******* and software version is P6. We have only 64 CE and 2E1 per site.

Check u r RRC set up sucess rate first
then on RAB sucess rate....

This problems happened near to site? N- covarage problem/low signal quality.. what is RX, EcIo?
Y - Another KPI are OK? N - check transmission, bts config, antenna system,...
N - another sites have this problem?, N - Site is congested? have high traffic
Y- Check license quantity for CS64, it is enough? - Y add license
