does anyone face problems with Huawei 3G and smartphones like Galaxy S2 in the meaning of RAB setup failures? If possible about providing any additional docs or case info will be more than welcome.

this problem comes from the activation of feature SRB over HSPA, if you turn off this feature you will see it is back to the normal, this is the bug of RNC
