UMTS Hard Handover between 850 and 1900, it is possible?

My question is if it possible to have UMTS HO between 850 pilot and another layer UMTS in 1900..
Or HO between 900 and 1800 UMTS layers

Yes, it is just another inter-frequency handover. We already use HO between 2100 and 900.

It is just a regular relation definition (if both cells are defined within the same RNC):

cr RncFunction=1,UtranCell=cell1,UtranRelation=cell2 (creation fo the relation) RncFunction=1,UtranCell=cell2 (confirm relation target) That should do the trick.... B.R.
