    Default Delay in latching the network

    My HS is taking time in latching network as against the time taken for latching other network.

    Is it HS issue or is there any parameter setting to be done.

    Hi man,

    It looks like network parameter issue, not HS.

    Dear Can u specify the parameter related to the same.

    We are using Huawei's Technology and we are on ICR too.
