NE Backup in M2000 as XML.

Hello dears,
Can somebody help me to know how can I save the "NE Backup" as XML in order to use it in Optimi X-AFP?
Or is there any other way to get the BSC configuration file as XML not from Buckup NE?

NE backup can done by M2000 and can be save to XML.
usually it can be found at export/home/omc/var/fileint
