monitoring LAC updates

Dear Experts,

I have a 2G E******* system.

I need to collect data about LAC (Location Area Code) updates.
I need the IMSI, Location Update Type( Normal, Periodic, Attach/Detach)

What system has this data, and how can I collect it (DB, XML, TXT?)
