E******* Kget Log Error

Dear Experts,

i have use crontab to generate e******* kget log, but found the following error message..

AMOSRequestResponse : false
error : user authentication - authentication check failed during logon (AMOS cannot be run from the master server)

Cannot connect to MO service, exiting...


Is anyone know what is causing the issue & how to solve this?

It seems your OSS using security level 3.
So you can ask OSS admin to reset your account.

BTW, are you using telnet client to access amos (e.g:secureCRT, putty)? If yes, so you have to access amos through console command in OSS. Because, when security level 3 active, OSS will ask password again.

I see.
It seems you should contact your oss admin. Becuase security level 3 won't give you access with crontab.
Or you should do manually to get kget.
