I have a Problem with downlinkbasebandpool alarm.. HELP

I have a alarm of downlinkbasebandpool DLHwlessthanDL capacity configuration. I check the parameters and i have a parameter name like this but is default in 128..
If this is the problem or related to the alarm?
If I change this value to the same as the CE DL or the lic will resolve the problem?

Most likely it will resolve the problem if you try to match the figures, but get the planning data first find out what actual value should be as it is possible that the site was planned for 256 or 384 DL CE but only 128 was configured.
