For Nastar have ready for Med, but OMstrar also can decode it too.

Can you share a CHR sample file for trying to test it with other tolls? Some members could try if they have a valid input file...

We have been trying to decode it as well, but their encoding is a little tricky I guess,
Reverse engineering is (STILL) in progress..

This is what we have found out so far :

Bit Padding is done (value seems to be 20, but unsure)
Some messages repeat continuously (once in 4 times).

Let me know if you have any inputs.. We are struggling as well
