CHR Logfiles in BSC6000

Hi Huawei Experts
I just installed NASTAR V2.4 which was posted on the forum
i imported dumps and STS successfully
but when i tried to Import CHR logfiles it showed message that the files is not correct type
the file are of the type .chrlog.zip is this the correct files?

each Nastar can handle specif version of the CHR . you need to know what version your BSC is and what version the Nastar can handle . it once happen to me with traffic recording tool .

I checked the BSC version in Nastar and the actual version in the network they are matched
is there any other reasons to this issue
also if any one has an idea how to analyze CHR logfiles without NASTAR it will be very helpful
I tried to open CHR logfiles using PCHR but didnt succeed ,obviously it seems that PCHR tool only read PCHR logfiles
since there are third party tools that can read CHR logiles like xeus it means that its possible
but how?
