Default Reconfiguring cell when OSS is down

    Dear Experts,

Our network has E******* GSM network with only one OSS.
Lately we had some issues with the OSS which are being resolved by E*******.

I was wondering is there any way to remotely connect to a RBS and execute reconfiguration commands, such as RLLHC, RLPSC, etc...

usually I would telnet to the OSS IP and execute EAW with the BSC number and from there I could execute and cell reconfiguration command.

Could this be achieved in some other way if OSS is down?

    Thanks.

    Yes.

Most of our O&M work is done using WInfiol: PC proggy connecting your PC directly to the APG in the BSCs.

First, check if you have IP connectivity with APGs. (APG/BSC system admins should know IPs), as there might be
    some firewalls.
