    This document describes the overall network Test and Acceptance Procedure which includes the Completion Testing,
    Preliminary Acceptance Testing (PAT) and Final Acceptance Testing (FAT). In addition, description for the way that ********

    along with the quality requirements for acceptance as part of PAT and FAT.
