i need help for 3G test
i need hardware and software for test 3G with support 900 and 2100 bandwith and support download up 14MB and upload 5MB
please help me

Maybe its better to separate test (2 MS) on your testing if it approves with the test cases/procedure required
1. To test coverage, RSCP etc on your 3G testing you can use W995, if the network is already HSPA+ better use tems 6720 or c5 with 900/2100
2. To test the throughput (download and upload) it is ideal to use HSPA+ datacards like Sierra or Huawei will do because they are already supported in TEMS mostly and throughput up to 21Mbps although some modem also supported up to 14.4Mbps only search on Sierra or Huawei datacards.
If it will not approved and you need 1 MS to test both, hopefully you will find tems phone to meet your requirements

PS - have two datacards locked in UMTS/GSM connected to TEMS.
RF environment - you can have an LG or Samsung locked in 3G doing voice or even idle.
