3G High PS DCR after URA_PCH activation

Hi all,

I'm facing an overall increasing PS DCR from 2% to 5 % for all RNC's(E*******) which have URA_PCH activated.
Does anyone knows the explanation of this fact?

This is most likely due to PS drops in CELL_FACH. This should be fixed in W11B

E******* have a long history of problems with URA_PCH. A slight increase in PS DCR is expected as now UEs stay in URA_PCH for a large amount of time (what is your URA timer BTW, 30min?) so the chances of an abnormal release increase. Saying that, as mentioned E******* keep releasing fixes in every SW release to improve things.. You should be able to see through counters by the way if you are dropping calls in CELL_DCH/CELL_FACH or URA_PCH.
