Indeed, this is more less the same with the document i am currently reading now. This doc has less content so maybe this is the older version of the Coverage & Capacity Dimensioning document

I am writing a small software tool to LTE Coverage & Capacity Dimensioning base on this doc and can share it for free, but it seems in this document is inaccurate ( Bit rate calculation is not corect for Uplink p.37)
