Is Huawei RAN 13 available for deployment?

I just wanted to know, is Huawei's RAN 13 SW release now available (i.e. GA)? Or is RAN 12 still the latest?

Does anyone have any up to date Huawei RAN SW roadmaps they could share?

I have already 50% of the network upgraded - works fine.

Does Huawei RAN13 support Lb standard interface.
Upto RAN12 Huawei 3G doesn't support LBS service. therefore we cannot get RTT data to get the user distance from the tower.
