Manage KPI in the Vimpelcom-Very big operator

Hi all,

I want to share here the great documents from one of the biggest operator in the world - Vimplecom: rank 5 as i know(Vimpelcom Ltd.).

With the big network, from many countries, they build a KPI standard for BSS & Core for each vendor (ALU, ZTE, E*******...). Then they can compare and have the correct action.

We can learn it and use in our network. I think in the big company, management (every thing) is the most important!
