The IEEE 802-16e2005 standard for Mobile WiMAX, is a collection of different standards mainly focused on PHY and MAC layers applications with the aim of providing interoperability between different system specifications. Thus, a high amount of flexibility is considered in each and every of the applications. On top of them, those that are related to access provision such as resource allocation and scheduling process, are designed significantly flexible. So a precise system performance simulation is hardly achievable. In addition, the dynamic channel allocation and scheduling makes it difficult to introduce a practical capacity estimation procedure. On the other hand, the amount of signaling overhead is not constant and changes with the number of users in an un-predictable manner
