Cell reselection and handover between ALU and E///

Hi,
I am currently working on a network with ALU RBS being neighbour to E/// RBS; the ALU rbs are in ALU BSC and the E/// rbs are in homed in E/// BSC. I am looking for the ALU equivalents of the CRH and LAYERHYST parameters in E///. I want to be able to tune the ALU stations together with the E/// ones. Anyone can help me with a document on the ALU radio parameters?
