Intro:

required during the deployment of the IOS Trial in the OPERATOR network in
COUNTRY.
The document provides the scope of works for the trial of the Intelligent
Optimization Service at the Operator Network. The trial region is to be defined later together with OPERATOR.

Successful IOS require freezing of the Network either entirely (if you want to run IOS at once for the whole network or in cluster - for very large network in otherwise you break the network into cluster and effect your freezing and data collection).
To freeze the network means you donot make changes to the network especially in the area of configuration and this the Network Operator rarely has the patient to do. Most time it mitigates against successful IOS.
