what's the acceptable value for the round trip delay (ms) for Iub over Vsat link? Does a value of (520 ms) round trip delay affect the HSDPA throughput on a the site?

note that the min trip delay in vsat link is 550 ms in SCPC technology with high B.W . what is VSAT vendor and Technology that you are using ?

I'm not sure what's the technology, the vendor is skyband, and I'm getting a max delay of 536ms and a low HSDPA throughput.
