LAPD alarm

Hi,
I have faced the following problem with 3012-II HUAWEI BTS:
After the site goes down because the power problem the site works but you can't access ,after i checked the alarms the following alarm appears:
LAPD alarm
Anyone faced like this problem please feed back.

If you are on-site, ask your Switching to Reset or to in-service the site.

Lapd Alarm will cease.

I did reset , the problem has solved but after five days the problem appears again.

Isolate problem.BTS first.Is power stable in your location?any pattern that local electric company is tripping its volatge.
Is your battery backupk re working?
