Dear Expert,
Pls suggest me is there any PM counter available in NSN 3G RU20 Release,
so that remotely cross sectors can be detected in UMTS.

Indranil.
Im afraid not! Although you should be able to figure it out by using SHO counters with respect to neighbouring sites.

Please hit the "Thanks" bhutton when you want to thank people! You need to look at all your neighbour relations for the cell in question. It can have 31 Intra Freq neighbours, Have a look at the counters for the number of SHO attempts and successes. Off the top of my head, I think maybe M1013C0 and M1013C1. Try those per neighbour definition and the ones that are highest will give you an idea whats pointing where.
