I actually tried using this to decode a SIB11bis message and it failed to decode. I also tried it on a few other messages I already had a decode for and it wasn't even getting the message type right. I wasn't very impressed by it. If I were you I wouldn't bother..

Q1: Is EGPRS RLC data block (with header) supported?

Q2: Which 3GPP versions (release 4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11 on when (e.g. 2001/09) ) are supported?

@YuYong - There's not much info on their site so I guess one will have to try it.
