you can use atoll v2.8 or TEMS CellPlanner v 8.01 or 9.1 or Asset v6.2 all these software available in forum.... just search ....

If you have digital map, you can use atoll software to design coverage, design Frequency or neighbor. you can use Google Earth, Kathrein Caculater and support tool (like mapinfo ) if you do not have it.
