just take MML output according to attached MML log then enable your macro after that you have to take stander shee completely blank.
only header contents should be there after that you have select all mml log an import that then macro will be provide result in excel formate.

    T305/T308 Timer Trial

Due to unable upload ppt some important content is sharing with u
Objective of this Trial is to reduce the T305/T308 timer values at MSC end to improve the Network Drop Call Rate

    MSC Timers Detail

T305: When MSC send DISC, and progress Indicator is not 8(Progress Indicator = 8 mean to trigger recorder information, start T306),T305 start.T305 stop when MSC receive Release message. If T305 expire, MSC send Release to MS

T308: After MSC sends Release, T308 start.T308 stop when MSC receive Release Complete. If T308 expire, MSC repeat Release and start T308 again. If T308 expire twice, MSC send Clear Command to BSC, forcing to release radio resource.

Proper T305 and T308 can avoid from radio drop after DISC message and decrease Drop call rate.

T305 and T308 at MSC should be set to lower from layer2 T200/N200 on the air interface that are used to ensure a successful transmission of a message (DISCONNECT and RELEASE in this case) to/from the mobile over the air interface.

The end user experience will not be affected by this change as the users would be trying to clear the call anyway

21% Improvement in Drop Call Rate observed which was desired with this Trial

Other KPI showed Normal KPI Trend

Drive Test Results showed no Abnormality

It is Recommended to implement this Trial for atleast 1 week on more BSCs to see its Impact on Network Performance

    Dear mirtunjay,
Thanks for your active participation.Wanted to share with you some important facts as below for NSN::
    1.Patched as follows:
    32 01 3D 00 C8 00 00 00 for T305, this sets it to 2 seconds,
    32 01 3C 00 64 00 00 00 for T308, this changes it to 1 seconds,
    2.Set T200 in BSC at 1260ms(1.2 s)
3.Observed no improvement/change in call drop stats after implementation.
4.Please confirm if the following equation is valid::
T305+2*T308+T3109<(N200+1)*T200--->2+2*1+8 is never less than (3+1)*1.2
In NSN T3109 min possible value is 8sec which means that the MSC timers can never expire below BSC.Hence no imppovement observed.T3109 is a BSC Timer used for monitoring clear request msgs.

Require your further suggestions to the above problem
