Going to buy the tool for frequency planning in addition Atoll. The choice lay on CellOpt Actix. Who can tell the strengths and weaknesses of this tool? I have a wish functional Schema Ultima. To be able to gather from different vendors OSS (E*******, SIEMENS, NSN) data to create a matrix interference for the subsequent calculation new FreqPlan or correction of an existing FreqPlan.

Cellopt actix it's not easier to load the input files cause it's xml file ...not like Schema forte...
