    Default High SDCCH Traffic and Congestion on DBS3900 IP VSAT

    Dears,

    I am getting problem with a new DBS3900 connected to the BSC via VSAT/IP, but the SDCCH traffic is abnormal and huge about 70Elang in the BH and the gestion is also very, All the paramters related to ABIS Satellite are well updated, but regarding the ABIS IP/SAT i dont have much ideas,
